JOB DESCRIPTION

Total 8+ years in IT (DW/ETL/BI projects preferred) and 3+ years working as Sr. Data Engineer
-- At least 2 projects with Snowflake implementation experience in a lead role
-- Strong problem solving and coding skills in SQL/Python and stored procedures.
-- Previous expertise with SnowSQL, advanced concepts (query performance tuning, time travel etc.) and features/tools (data sharing, events, Snow Pipe etc.)
-- Hands-on Experience in data integration, data transformation, and data movement that are based upon CDC, ETL, API and other data replication tools
-- Hands-on experience in converting relational data to/from semi-structured data (XML, JSON)
-- Experience with CI/CD including CI/CD for database development
-- Very good knowledge of RDBMS topics, ability to write complex SQL
-- Understanding of performance tuning and troubleshooting aspects
-- Experience in Agile development methodologies
-- Excellent client facing and team player skills
-- Previous experience with public cloud like AWS and/or Azure PaaS technologies.
