Role Function within team:

To be able to act as an independent representative of the team- leading MES Project Managementgroups comprising of process engineering; manufacturing management; quality assurance; packaging; shipping; IT (from inside or partner organizations) and serve as backup to the team lead.

Requirements:

• MES Project Lead/Manager implementation and deployment experience
• MES Engineering experience conducting system configuration, deployment and post Go-live system support
• Excellent understanding and application of the S88/S95 reference models and MES integration methods with SCADA, LIMS, ERP and other systems.
• Process Validation support and documentation expertise across multiple validated environments (i.e. DEV, VAL, and PROD)

MES Project Managers must be able to apply good judgment on what level of detail makes sense for the situation and cannot be dogmatic in adhering to a process or procedure when the results defy commonsense.

This position requires the ability to persuade others- regardless of title- of the best-paths forward- but without igniting interpersonal disputes.
