Work location: Houston, TX – Hybrid (2 days from office).

Technical Skills:

• Understand client requirements and assist in creating technical specification to materialize into the DataMart and universe design.
• Hands on experience in developing semantic layer to support canned and adhoc reports.
• Experience in designing Business Objects Universe, Generating complex Reports in Webi/BI Launchpad.
• Implemented Security features of business objects like row level, object level and report level to incorporate security for sensitive information.
• Interacted with Business Users and Business Analysts to gather the Requirements and translate these requirements to technical specifications for Designing Universes.
• Developed and managed existing Universes, to enhance and implement Business requirements for reporting purpose.
• Must have adequate and relevant knowledge in writing SQL queries.
• Performing activities like Design build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Experience in implementation of full life cycle projects and support.
• Experience in Creation and Modification of Data sources and working on Generic Data sources
• Experience in creation of Data warehousing (star and snowflake schemas/models)
• Experienced in creation of requirements-based documentation like business requirement document and data mapping for the functional reporting.
• Capable of performing querying at database level and high-level data analysis to provide appropriate inputs and implement functional reporting requirements.
