Job responsibilities
Monitoring Tools Admin SME: • Strong knowledge of monitoring tools architecture, Implementation & integration in on-perm & Cloud env • Experience in administration and support of one or more of the following monitoring tools Zenoss, Apica, BMC Truesight, Impact Manager • Configure and deploy monitoring solutions using above tools • Hands on experience in installation & upgrade of monitoring components • Manage and support integrations with Service Now and Orchestration tools • Excellent understanding of monitoring and Event management work flow • Exposure to monitoring dashboards • Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts involving Server, Database, Network devices, Application • Responsible for gathering monitoring requirement across Application, Server & Database • Prepare and maintain Operational SOP and guide internal team members • Lead development and manage process Improvement, procedures and system documentation • Collaborate with & provide guidance to application development teams and infrastructure teams to ensure they are kept current on monitoring technology developments, best practices, and new initiatives • Develop & maintain strong partnership with infrastructure, application development and production support organizations to ensure the successful execution of monitoring capabilities • Coordinate with Engineering and other technology groups regarding rollout, support and product life cycle activities of products. • Ability to prepare & present monthly/weekly progress reports to client Skill Required: Zenoss, Apica, BMC Truesight, Impact Manager, BMC Patrol | ||||
