Location: Wayne, New Jersey
We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with an experience of 12 to 15 years.



This role will be responsible for support and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules:



Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and needed documentation.

Understand business requirement and create functional specifications.

Should have experience in client facing and working with multiple stake holders/Onsite teams

Perform end to end system integration testing and functional testing

Strong written and oral communication skills

Must have worked on at least 2 Production support project and 1 implementation project.

Good problem-solving skills and aware of SLAs used ticketing tool like ServiceNow

Must be ready to work in shifts including night shift on rotational basis





Must Have Skills:



At least 12 to 15 years of HCM domain experience.

o At least 2-3 Oracle Fusion HCM implementations exposure with hands on experience in Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management (Performance and Goals) and ADP Payroll Interface

Integration experience using HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI Reports, BI Publisher Report

Experience in creating workflow and security for the module

Exposure to personalization

Knowledge on fast formula.

Must have very good experience in writing SQL using HCM tables.

Good to have experience with Transaction Console & personalization EL expressions.
