• Act as the "Systems Expert” on selected domains of RSG digital solutions (e.g., The Connector) as well as other peripheral systems. Will work closely with Development team, IT team, and external vendors to enhance offerings and capabilities.

•                     • Work closely with insurance product management and other business constituents to create consumable requirements (stories) for the development team

•                     • Engage in all aspects of solution delivery, including testing, implementation, and maintenance.

•                     • Help design, document and maintain system processes

•                     • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations

•                     • Accurately identify problems and provide appropriate solutions, including coordination with partners, external vendors, and other internal teams to deliver optimal solutions

•                     • Serve as a liaison to other organizations such as training and support

•                     • Participate in Agile team sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives

•                     • Work with other project team members to create test scripts and testing plans
