We need someone with experience in Campaign Ops or Marketing Technology Scrum role because the team is primarily Business Ops leveraging Jira as a tracking tool. And is not mature in scrum process, but we need to raise the standard and hold it for the team to improve. Someone use to a fast pace high energy work environment in technology or Financial Services and who can by a leader and guide on the team, communicate to move blockers and be a strong team player as we sort out these processes. Experience with offshore teams would be preferred.
