New Jersey Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree · 5+ years in ITIL, out of which 2+ years of experience in managing IT Change · 2+ years of experience with ITSM tool (e.g. Service Now), specifically reporting and querying data, understanding Config management, how it pertains to Change management and ability to traverse hierarchical datasets within SN · Significant expertise in Excel and Powerpoint to be able to manage and present large datasets to use for decision making Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications: · Driving Process Improvement through automation using Data Science and Machine Learning capabilities (e.g.Python/Excel integration) · Experience of working in global teams · Experience of working in a regulated (preferably financial) environment · Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills · Strong assertiveness & negotiation skills and proven ability to influence others · Excellent analytical skills – with ability to identify trends on change data and set appropriate actions · Excellent presentational skills – with ability to present and create slides for stakeholders · Good understanding of IT infrastructure and its underlying components (Networks, Unix, Windows etc.) · Experience of managing Change to support Dev/Sec Ops | ||||
