2. Must have Retail Solution Architectural experience with clear understanding of IS Retail
3. Should be able to design overall Retail Order to Cash process span between SAP ECC, Hybris, SAP CAR and POS systems
• Credentialise Capgemini's market reputation and industry "thought leadership” in SAP solutions
• Proactively look to find, position and apply new technology / solutions in SAP to take early mover advantage in the market
Hands on 5 + experience
• Work with solutions teams to support product development activities
• Provide client's business value by applying technology enabled solutions to address client's business objectives,
• Own and QA the solution and scope from pre-sales all the way to the application support stages
• Actively participate in the SAP community or practice
• Groom and develop a group of very senior resources to increase their effectiveness delivering on field and market enablement
