10+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience in managing large size migration engagements with a team size of 30+ FTEs
2. Experience in managing large size programs with customer facing role with end to end delivery responsibility
3. Extensive management experience leading Application transformation projects using agile Methodology
4. Manage project execution end to end to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope, working with third party vendors
5. Identify customer issues and needs by maintaining an excellent relationship with end-users and stakeholders
6. Creating and providing accurate and regular status reports to the management on the progress and status of the project
7. Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams including working with offshore teams
8. Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
