JOB DESCRIPTION:
7+ years Hands-on development experience using C++
o Must have good knowledge of XML
o Knowledge C# is added advantage
o Knowledge of JIRA, Git, TeamCity is added advantage
o Ability to handle/coordinate with different stakeholders in the restaurant eco-system
o Knowledge management with expertise on root cause analysis (RCA)
o Achieving quality deliverables by maintaining deadlines and standard best practices
o Gather functional, operational and technical requirements for the defect to be fixed / requirement
o Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
o Ability to focus on details
o Work closely with business teams, development team and quality teams for project requirements
o Create, review and finalize standard operating procedures, standards, checklist and overall application deployment (in all environments)
o Functional and system testing and testing methodologies is added advantage
o Facilitate environment readiness preparation, validation
o Good to have knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project
o Good organization skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing, sometimes ambiguous environment
