Scrum Master - New Jersey

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Support JIRA  duties including:
  • Creation of New Projects
  • Creation of Custom Fields
  • Notification Schemes
  • Issue Type Schemes
  • Screen Schemes
  • Workflow Scheme
  • Security Scheme
• Administer and Maintain Security Scheme (Permissions and Group Memberships)
• Formatting and integrating pages to transform flat confluence architecture into a more professional website
• Work with Plug ins and conduct R&D on JIRA/Confluence Plug Ins
• Document technical configurations and support the development of business plans for technical integration
• Act as an Escalation point for help desk calls
• Support Development of Training Videos and Periodic Community Training Events to drive user adoption

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• CSS, JAVA, HTML, Javascript experience
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• JIRA and Confluence Plug IN Experience (Experience with Big Picture Plug In a plus)
• Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models
• Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques

Education, Experience, & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of product or project development experience, or 3 years of project development experience
