Main duties and responsibilities
- Developing chatbots on various platforms for diverse business use-cases
- Work on a chatbot framework/architecture using open-source tools or libraries
- Designing and building highly scalable AI and Client solutions, implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) for chatbots and integration with different systems
- Working with User Experience architects and business stakeholders to assist in architecting technical solutions
- Ensuring code written meets the predefined standards
- Diagnosing and resolving defects found during QA and UAT test phases and supporting production releases
Basic Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years of experience building AI-powered Conversational chatbots using AI, Client, and NLP technologies
- Strong knowledge or experience with chatbot development platforms like Rasa (strongly preferred), Google DialogFlow, Microsoft Bot, IBM Watson, and other chatbot development platforms
- Sound knowledge of AI/chatbot development landscape, tools, and other frameworks that allow enhancing the chatbot quality
- Multi-language background with experience in a programming language like Python, Ruby etc in addition to primary Java technology stack

Nice to have Qualifications
- Experience in working with the Java Platform (Springboot, Hibernate, Gradle, TDD) and RDBMS
- Experience in designing and developing microservices on Cloud
- Experience with ELK Stack (Elastic Search, Kibana and Logstash)
