Job Description:
Experience leading a 5 to 10 person remote India-based team of Java developers.
Comfortable collaborating with Stakeholders and Product owners to refine requirements and remove team roadblocks.
Experience determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
Demonstrated complex deployments into AWS with expertise in full SDLC for multiple releases on 100% AWS-based applications.
Experience with Kafka as well as streaming and queue-based systems (SQS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, etc.).
Experience in writing, securing, and consuming REST-based APIs.
Experience with microservices and related design patterns.
Able to effectively delegate and follow through on tasks to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Extensive Agile SDLC experience.
Experience using Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring Cloud.
Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with very high volume IoT processing.
Experience creating and working with Docker containers.
Experience using Bitbucket, Git, Junit, Maven, CI/CD.
Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
