Resource Skills Needed:

o Resource will focus on Salesforce Customer Experience while they interact with Cox Agents (internal resources).

o Sr UX folks who can be critical thinkers and be more independent.

o People have to pick up user stories, clarify requirements with Pos and generate the wireframes.

o Application UX experience.

o Tools: Salesforce, JIRA, Agile Experience, User story reading and updating, Figma,

Duration: Will go beyond 2022 and into 2023?
