JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred. 
5+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role. 
Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. 
Conduct daily scrum meetings and ad-hoc meetings with the client and scrum team. 
Manage Risks and Issues in a timely manner. 
Provide updates to the Leadership team on a regular basis. 
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions. 
Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred. 
P&C Insurance experience preferred. 
Leadership and management experience. 
Excellent people and project management skills. 
Strong communication and presentation skills. 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
