Role 1)Data Metrics Analyst

 

Create data standards and synergies across business functions to reduce manual overhead and duplicity of the same data across multiple reports

 

Execute on reporting requests to help aide in operational controls or processes to help with efficiency and oversight across operations.

 

Work with key stakeholders on opportunities to streamline, production Alize and consolidate operational reporting.

 

Number and Duration - 5 roles for 1year

 

Required Skillset:

1. Strong SAS, SQL Python, Altheryx or AWS analytic product experience working in an complex data infrastructure.

2. Proven track record of delivering appropriate reporting/outputs in fast paced environment.

3. Ability to work cross-functionality to develop and deliver complex data requirements to the business.

4. Communication and problem solving skills.

 

Tasks/Projects:

Daily, weekly,, monthly production jobs and dashboards.

Migration/creation of reporting needs to production.

Automation of Manual tasks.

 

 

Role 2)Visualization Analyst

Execute on key automation opportunities to deliver insight to stakeholders quickly; fulfil ad hoc and exploratory data / reporting requests

 

Coordinate with key stakeholders to understand business needs to develop interactive dashboard to support critical business functions

 

Follow visualization standards for presentations and dashboards

 

Number and Duration: 3 Roles for 1 year

 

Required Skillset.

1. Tableau/Power BI (for similar) expertise

2. Demonstrated experience with data analysis tools- ability to link operational performance with company business results

3. Proven track record of delivering appropriate depth of dashboards/insights in a fast- paced environment

4. Energy and enthusiasm to lean the business to help create dashboard views that drive performance

5. Strong SAS, R. SQL, Python, Redshift and/or Athena preferred

 

Tasks/Projects:

Migration of pivot table /MicroStrategy reporting to Tableau

Creation of interactive dashboards to support business needs

 

 

Role 3)Data & Insight / Speech Insight Analyst

 

Deliver insights to support the strategy and direction of the UClient Operations teams

 

Utilize key analytical tools and processes to drive operational efficiency, cost efficiency and improved customer experience benefits

 

Help define business cases when implementing new technologies or processes

 

Number and Duration: 7 Roles for 1 year

 

Required Skillset:

1. BS/BA degree in scientific/Quantitative field (advanced degree preferred) 2. SAS, R, SQL or Python experience and working with a complex data infrastructure?: Redshift & Athena experience is preferred

3. Demonstrated analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools - ability to link operational perform with company business results.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

5. Tableau (or similar) expertise.

 

Tasks/Projects:

Standalone analytical projects along with some manual, repeatable data updates until automation is available
