"Job Description
* A minimum of 12-15 years of IT experience, with 5+ years experience playing various RPA (UiPath preferred) SME roles involving (but not limited to) business process consultation, recommending best-fit high impact/value automation, *LEAN* process improvements, RPA CoE framework set up etc.,

Detailed JD -
* (Must have) Excellent understanding of *FINANCE business processes* with strong grasp of the underlying processes such as O2C, P2P, GL, AR, AP etc.,
* Strong experience in providing automation perspectives/guidance on identifying use cases that yield significant business outcomes.
* Strong experience working on LEAN approaches to optimize processes, before implementing RPA solutions
* Partner with IT Product managers and business users to develop end to end understanding of their process and map them into RPA based solutions - Hands-on experience on building and designing automation with input/output criteria, logic, error handling, scenarios etc.
* Ability yo get hands on when it comes to execution - Viz.:
    ? Determine/Initiate access or storage prerequisites (requests) for the automation with IT/Business owners - Perform knowledge share with RPA Developer to ensure design and requirements are met etc., (SAP experience will be added advantage)
    ? Lead and support creation of test cases, data sets for unit, unit testing and business reviews - Facilitate business reviews and walkthrough with end users -
    ? Follow change control processes to ensure appropriate approvals are procured for production deployment - Coordinate testing and Sign-off from business users - Facilitate resolution of critical issues in production as needed
* Strong understanding of how an RPA COE works, and ability to bring in the best practices at a framework level incuding (but not limited to)
    1. 'Data driven' ROI validation procedures for RPA ideas/use cases (Automation prioritization)
    2. Experience in BOT qualification and ROI validation sign-off processes before development in-take
    3. Strong understanding of Development processes covering various phases, toll gates, reviews and sign-offs
    4. Able to recommend best practices around Automation identification ensuring compliance regulation, security requirements, and regulatory standards.
    5 Have a good technology grasp to propose a high level, actionable, perspectives on RPA infrastructure, licensing and architectural construct.
    6 Able to quickly understand the wider technology stack to facilitate efficient reuse and integration.
    7 Proven expertise in engaging and evangelising the importance at senior levels to ensure buy-in and support, raising awareness, celebrating success and showcasing the impact.

* Excellent skills in written and oral communication; proven expertise in having handled such discussions at a Sr. leadership level
* Critical analytical thinking and a great level of curiosity.
* Logical thinking to find the stated and unstated asks.
* Leadership skills to handle the whole team (Internal and client) and ensure delivery of the project.
* Strategic planning approach to meet business needs.

Definite Plus:
* UiPath Certification; RPA architect level expertise
* Understanding of business processes such as Supply chain, HR etc., with strong grasp of the underlying processes in SCM, HR etc.,
