JOB DESCRIPTION

US based, but can be remote
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce and Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Must have worked on at least 2 implementations or upgrade of Salesforce (Sales Cloud)
- 2 to 3 years' experience in working with US clients directly for Projects and support
- Must have very good communication and written skills
- Must have hands on development experience in Salesforce sales modules
- Must have worked on upgrade experience in Salesforce sales cloud product in Sandbox and Production
- Proven experience in customizing the Salesforce forms, workflows, and rules
- Knowledge or experience in using ServiceNow Incident, change and problem management is plus
- Certified in Salesforce Cloud is plus.
