We are looking for candidates who have thorough exposure on Oracle RAC (11g, 12c & 19c) with experience migrating multi-terabyte of databases with zero downtime.
The candidates we reviewed are good but not to our expectations. The DBA working from US need to single handedly work on technical stuff starting from planning to implementation and need to attend review meetings with application teams.

key things which we are looking for -

1. Oracle RAC (11g, 12c, 19c) Migration, patching & upgrades
2. Encryption inflight & at-rest
3. Databases 11g, 12c & 19c (multitenant architecture)
4. OEM
5. Performance tuning
6. Setting up SSL for AWS migration
7. GoldenGate (including GG-Hub)
