Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
·         Bachelors or Master's degree in a technical, science, engineering, or mathematical discipline (preferred but not essential)
·         Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in investment banking or the financial sector and data analytics
·         Experience in development of robust internal controls including policies and procedures; change control; and review by internal audit
·         Worked on Management reporting and dashboards for medium to complex projects.
·         Experience working with global teams/stakeholders along with Audit & Financial Reporting knowledge.
·         Excellent skills in Data modelling and Data Governance
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
·         Thorough understanding of a SDLC, realizing the importance of working on Agile environment and autonomous enough to adjust as priorities change.
·         Experience in understanding enterprise wide data platform and front to back data strategy
·         Ability to prioritize multiple assignments concurrently with minimal direction in a dynamic work environment
·         Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
·         Development and agile tools e.g. SQL, Excel, JIRA, Git, MS office, Project Plan, Visio and Agile Central.
·         Map and trace data from various source systems to solve a given business problem
·         Strong team player, willing to work on own initiative yet able to communicate well and integrate with a diverse team
