JOB DESCRIPTION:


Years of experience – 6 to 9 (C1/C2 Global Grade)

Top-3 Must Haves:

1. Strong ability to identify requirements and customer needs at a large portfolio, program and multi-team level using test driven approach

2. Product Owner /BA experience with developing Product Roadmaps, strong functional understanding of Global Supply Chains in one of the following domains:

a. COGS / Working Capital / Channel Efficiencies / Customer Satisfaction

3. Experienced with prioritizing projects (large pieces of work) and creating alignment with a multitude of stakeholders in order to establish the vision and strategy of roadmap

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with other Agile approaches such as XP, Kanban, FDD, TDD, and scrum@scale

2. Experience with Agile technology practices such as DevOps, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, AWS

3. Experience and understanding with the CPRD industry and digital commerce

4. Certifications – PSPO or SAFe-PO

Required Skills / Responsibilities

• Ability to capture and draft business priorities.

• Experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle

• Demonstrated success releasing products that meet the objectives of a roadmap

• Experience with creating formal SAFe aligned Epics, Features and user stories in Azure DevOps

• Participate in Program Increment Planning, Sprint Planning and daily Sprint standups, prioritize backlogs and participate in backlog grooming sessions.

• Review and accept stories in Demo sessions

• Builds a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution

• Works closely with the Sprint Teams (PODs) to ensure the solution is technically feasible and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts.

• Lead quality management and ensures that all business and design requirements are met.

• Plays an active role in configuring the solution and supporting the technical team for any custom development required.

• Business Analysis Experience preferable in CPRD Supply Chain Domain

• Review and refine Test plans and participate in testing

• Ability to closely coordinate within multiple Business and Technology stakeholders at Exec Dir, Dir and Sr Mgrs. Levels

• Strong MS Office suite and Azure DevOps skills

• Soft skills to clearly articulate business needs.

• Understanding of APIs and application integrations
Basic reporting and SQL skills
