6-8 years of product management and/or new product development experience in B2B,
SMB or consumer tech
Experience in developing and driving alignment around a vision, setting goals, and initiating
and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
Experience and success in owning a product feature end-to-end; Experience in developing
web/mobile app, personalization capabilities, APIs, and platforms
Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to define a compelling narrative and
crisply communicate it to a variety of audiences, including senior executives
Experience leading and facilitating collaborative solutions end-to-end, including designing,
strategic planning and prioritising, delivery, and feedback
Hands-on experience in agile product delivery and lean methodologies.
