 BSA
The BSA role supports the team to ensure they have all of the requirements captured in Agile User Stories to ensure the has enough detail to deliver their software solution.
Responsibilities of the BSA
  • In collaboration with the Tech PO and the Solution Engineer, assist in the decomposition of Features into User Stories.
  • The BSA works with the Tech PO, Solution Engineer and Team Members until the story meeting its definition of ready
  • The BSA identifies dependencies and coordinates with external teams to plan and track dependencies ahead of the execution Sprint.
  • Provide the agenda for team Story Refinement or Grooming meetings.
  • Detailed business and functional analysis of existing/upcoming features and documenting the same. 
  • Creation for BO, Epics and stories to be worked on features -
  • Analytics and accessibility requirements 
  • Frequent meetings with Product, XD for the backlog creation and refinement 
  • Collaboration with Mobile Tech Lead to ensure KTLO is planned and delivered. 
  • Customer complaints and production issues planning and discussion to create backlog items 
  • Backlog prioritization 
  • Kick-off meeting with developer to explain the story in detail and resolve any doubts 
  • Attending devbox meeting to verify the changes done by developer and provide feedback
