 JOB DESCRIPTION
1 Role Title Senior SAP ERP Sales & Distribution (SD) Functional Analyst – On-shore US Role Summary • An exciting opportunity with client's Global Supply Chain Technology Services team as Senior SAP ECC Sales & Distribution (SD) Functional Analyst to plan, manage, deploy and support robust, flexible & scalable Supply Chain solutions by adhering with client's software delivery standards (SDLC, CSV, GxP and SOX) in the fast-paced and in Agile delivery project environment. • Must have minimum 8 years of experience with deploying (design, development, testing, Cutover, Hypercare) SAP ECC Order-To-Cash/Sales Order Management and Inbound & Outbound Logistics solutions within Pharmaceutical Industries along with 3 to 4 end- toend full lifecycle implementation experience. • Works with the Scrum Team (Product Owners/Business Analysts/Business Users/IT Teams) to ensure that the User Stories/Business Requirements are well defined, develops/supports architectural vision and help shape the requirements into system solutions • Perform/execute Solution Build (Development/Unit Testing) with primary focus on functional aspects of the solution, IT Validation Testing (i.e. System Integration Testing, Regression Testing), UAT support, IT/Technical Cutover in QA/Production, Technical Golive, Technical/Business Hypercare activities and Knowledge Transfer to Base Business/Production Support Team to ensure the end-to-end build of a particular part of a solution is compliant and works as designed • Must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, strong analytical & problem-solving skills and be able to function independently and in a teamoriented environment. Physical Demands/Location • This position is located in Bridgewater, NJ • The work environment is a normal office setting and requires to be on-site Monday to Friday or based on the COVID-19 Pandemic "Return to the Workplace” requirements. The final decision of On-site availability is per mutual agreement between the Vendor and JNJ Sponsor. Projects Projects/Enhancements within JJ Surgical Vision and/or JJ Vision Care SAP ERP Platforms as well as other ERP Platform's projects/enhancements per business priority (Note: Project information provide above is intended for use in the Contract when ready and not to be disclosed in internal or external job posting) 2 Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of this Role (Detailed Job Description) • Holds a working command of Sales & Distribution / Order to Cash processes - Master Data, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Availability Check, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management and other custom solutions as well as integration with 3rd party warehouse management systems • Provide required reports, and communicate effectively to the JNJ Solution Architects and/or Leadership on the changes, projects managed by the individual • Participate in the Agile Release/Sprint Planning Process and other Agile ceremonies as required • Understand User Stories/Business Requirements and define the detailed design of the solution • Provides alternate options to meet User Stories/Business Requirements • Perform/deliver Solution PoC (Proof-of-Concept) as needed • Engage JNJ Solution Architects to ensures the solution meets the requirements • Create/update Functional Design Specifications for custom solutions • Performs configurations and create/update Configuration Design Specification Document • Reviews Data and Security Requirements for the User Story during Sprint Planning and support the same as required • Create or review or provide input to the Change Control process applicable to the solutions being deployed • Ensure the timely and quality build of the solution •
