ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountable for defining user journeys that are backed up by in-depth research, analysis, and business understanding Relationship management with business-side stakeholders On-site project delivery, leading the team that you will support in building Ensuring that each of the team members is excelling in their roles daily Day-to-day engagement with other project stakeholders in business & technology Articulating and presenting creative/strategic ideas to teams and clients Delivery of hands-on UX/UI designs were required Maintaining high standards and ensuring that the design team presents only the best work to clients Required Skills Team leadership and the ability to continually set the benchmark for creative thinking Incredibly organized, with the ability to engage various stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills In-depth design process knowledge to evolve how users engage with financial products Significant industry experience, preferably in fintech The ability to keep a cool head with a measured approach Problem-solving skills of the highest order Pitch-like mentality, from the perspective of the individual who will deliver Meticulous attention to detail Digital innovation mindset, with the ability to challenge the norm in the banking world, and to back it up with research findings Pro-active and incredibly creative in all areas of digital and business Significant technical experience in UI/UX best practices | ||||||
