Need to Understand the Business Requirements in Detail and translate them to Visualizations or ETL code
Need to be able to understand the Business driven KPIs in an effective manner.

Tableau:

Need to know advanced LOD Expression for Multi Level Granularity Calcualation
Develop Multi level Drill down Dashbaords
Develop Visualizations that can yield quoick insights

SQL:
Strong Knowledge on Databases and Structures of relational Systems
Must know Analytical Functions to Partition Data/ Dice Down/ All aggregate expressions
Well versed with Joins, Intersects, Unions
Worked with CTEs to scale through multiple aggregate functions and build Enriched data set for analytics
Expertise in SQL Server Queries and Stored Procedures

SQL Server Integration Services:
Must know most used components in SSIS such SCDs, LookUps, Derived Columns Etc.
well versed with Configuring the packages to run Dynamically through XMl File bases configs/ SSIS Catalog Services
Must know DataWarehousing Principles: SCD TYPE1,2 as its used on every data load

* Fast learner to learn the business
