1. Very Good experience in Java, Selenium, Cucumber, API AutomationTesting, AWS? Build robust framework? 
2. Creating test cases via Soup UI Pro for services? Back end language knowledge (Java/JaveScript/JSON) ?
3. HTTP and RESTful protocol knowledge ?
4. Tool knowledge helpful, Postman, ReadyAPI, Node-Fetch or other API Based testing framework. ?
5. Good communication and leadership skills  ?
6. Team dynamics, able to work well with others and communicate effectively?
7. Able to mentor and train the team members within the team ?
8. Knowledge in P&C Insurance
9. Good to have skills:- Work experience in different Agile/Safe methodologies. -
10. Certified in Automation/ Testing/Cloud/Insurance
