Resource should have Good Communication
Resource should have worked at Onsite and should have interacted with customers.
Resource should have good experience working in Azure DevOps
Resource should have worked in multi-vendor environment and know the challenges to overcome
Resource should have worked in Test Strategy and Test Planning
Resource should be able to Review and Analyze the Project Requirements.
Resource should be able to quickly understand the requirements and support the offshore team on Knowledge Sharing.
Resource should have document E2E Test Scripts and share it with Business Users for review
Resource should be able to review Test Scripts documented by offshore and provide comments for improvement.
Resource should have worked in Test Execution and Logging of Defects
Resource should have lead Defect Triage meetings involving multiple vendors.
