Ability to represent Testing Best Practices in an Agile Delivery model to development team and clients

Excellent Communication Skills to generate and present daily and weekly status updates to program / project stakeholders

Excellent Risk Identification and Mitigation Skills with strong collaboration with development, BA, and peripheral (multi-vendor) application teams

Experience in managing Automation Testing and Performance Testing and enabling Functional testing efficiencies by leveraging these additional testing tools

Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and dynamic company environment under tight deadlines

Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task on multiple projects at one time

Must be able to plan Environments for testing purposes

Must be able to identify release planning activities and dependencies that QA team is to lead

Focus on continuous improvement to analyze Production Issues, Identify improvement plans, Collaborate with Business teams and clients to present improvement plans and progress

Ability to interface with other vendor applications to test E2E with front end applications
