"5-8+ years of Technical analyst experience, GA local candidates preferred.

- Telco and ICOMS (or other billing systems) experience preferred

Elicit and manage business requirements and develop functional specifications

Comfortable running technical and non-technical discussions related to application solutions with developers and architects

- Understanding and knowledge of working with REST and SOAP APi's

- Understanding and knowledge of database and basic SQL skills

- Work with cross functional teams within the organization and external vendor teams.
