Technical Project Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
"Strong Senior PM who can manage Global stakeholders and with ability to manage a team of 50+ resources. QSR background is preferable. 15+ years of technical project management experience supporting program executives with planning, management, and communication - Manages complex initiatives and/or multiple project environments - Provides overall direction to individual project managers and team leads - Ability to lead in a multi-vendor and multi-discipline program - Skilled in standard project management and the Agile delivery approach - Prior experience in driving B2B eCommerce, Web and Mobile initiatives - Experience in Retail or Restaurants/QSR is a big plus Provides thoughtful leadership and guidance on executive vision and overall program direction (e.g. via Steering Committee) - Support executives with overall planning, alignment, management, and communication. - Prior leadership roles in large transformation initiatives, mergers/acquisitions, or expansions. Conducts package evaluations, completes custom development estimations, and evaluates technical architectures - Develops architecture solutions for new initiatives using leading processes and tools - Strong PM background to lead programs, mentor team members, and build sustainable solutions in an agile environment Core consulting skills for a client-facing role including communications, professionalism, meeting facilitation, and MS Office tools. • Understanding business process flows and helping identify and solve client business needs through creative solutioning • Previous experience with RFP responses, proposal decks and SOWs Preferred Skills: Relevant Master's Degree • Project Management Certification • Experience with Agile methodology • Experience with project management software and collaborative tools such as JIRA, Rally, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Preferred Skills: • Relevant Master's Degree • Project Management Certification • Experience with Agile methodology • Experience with project management software and collaborative tools such as JIRA, Rally, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint • 8-10 years' experience in software development projects desired; 6+ years' prior experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Product Management or Business Analyst • Proficient with the Project and Portfolio Management Tools (Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc.) • Understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative) • Strong technical background and significant experience with SDLC in an Agile environment • Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ALM tools such as TFS or Jira • Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment • Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability • In depth understanding of project management concepts" | ||||
