JOB DESCRIPTION:
Build, and manage project plans, identify and mitigate program risks, participate in ERP implementation projects, mainly in the field of finance/accounting, logistic and production. 

Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of a NAXT Technical Consultant are:

•       Hands on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
•       Proficient in Dynamics 365 FinOps Development and customization aspects
•       Good Proficiency in Dynamics 365 FinOps Installation and administration
•       Good Proficiency in Solution architecture and design concepts
•       Good Proficiency in overall system and application Architect designing
•       Very high Proficiency in Technical, Functional and deployment architecture of Dynamics  365 FinOps
•       Proficiency in Data entities
•       Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps modules like General Ledger, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales & Marketing, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Manufacturing (Process), Quality, Warehouse management etc.

Additional Skills:
 •      Knowledge of LCS, deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps releases, and using of Azure portal
•       Daily Responsibilities: Preparation of Design for process / customization, Receive of TDD, Understanding of Business / Process Requirements, Planning of Build, Releases, Supports, Upgrades, Merging of patches
•       Experience in data interfaces and webservices (XML, JSON) is a plus
•       Experience in .NET programming, is a plus
•       Experience using tools like Trace parser and Dynamics perf, being able to debug performance issues, is a plus
•       Experience in D365 CRM

 Requirements
 •      Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
•       3 - 5 years of Dynamics 365 FinOps experience
•       Strong command of the Microsoft Office product suite
•       Must be legally eligible to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship
•       Team player with strong communication, organization, and client interaction skills
•       Ability to work multiple work streams concurrently remotely and in-person, independently and collaboratively
•       Strong attention to detail and results driven mentality
