JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Years of Experience: 5-7
*3-5 years Salesforce Business Analyst experience. Successful delivery of all phases of at least one Salesforce implementation working as a Techno-Functional Consultant or experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects
*Strong Understanding of Salesforce Ecosystem and functionality. Salesforce skills in the areas of configuration and basic understanding of Apex, Visual Force Pages and Lightning Components implementation.
Service Cloud Implementation Experience is a must
*Salesforce certifications (Admin and Service Cloud Consultant preferred)
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills
* Ability to understand current salesforce implementation and business functionality
* Excellent Requirements Elicitation Skills. Ability to work with business to documents future enhancements and analyze bug reported by business.
* Work with Salesforce technical team to translate business requirements into implementation and provide high level solution from team
* Assist in Testing the implemented changes or bug fixes and assist in Quality/CSV process.

Nice to Have:
*Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies including Scrum, Agile.
