Detailed Job Description:

• Interact with stake holders to understand the business problem and define solutions to achieve the expected outcome or benefit.
• Work on translating the product objectives into detailed requirements and actionable tasks.
• Collaborate on gathering requirements and use cases for new product features.
• Work on analysis and monitoring the metrics for product performance and track progress.
• Perform product analysis to scope and prioritize activities based on business impact.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Manage the daily product management tasks using the agile framework.
• Ensure overall achievement of product objectives.
• Support the global life cycle ownership of one or more products.
• Oversee product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Client's business processes and policies.
• Assist in design and development of test requirements. Perform User Acceptance testing.
• Create process diagrams as well as internal wikis and blogs
• Follow full development lifecycle practices and procedures
• Create mock-ups of User interface, flow diagrams, Functional requirement documents for the business requirements
• Work with clients and production support team to solve production issues
• Own the delivery of business requirements and drive the execution process from creating on JIRA Initiatives, Epics, User stories, grooming sessions.
• Work with Product Owners, Business requestors on prioritization of requirements and plan in a release cycle
• Work with delivery Sprint teams on Sprint planning for requirements, Sprint review, Sprint Retrospectives.
• Participate and plan the product roadmap for the yearly deliverables and provide strategic and tactical solutions aligned with the goals of the organizations
• Perform gap analysis of existing system capability and provide a to-be design

Mandatory Skills:

• Should have working experience as Business Analyst on Enterprise Banking services
• Should have at least 3+ years as Business Analyst
• Understanding Banking Application/ System Inventory and Infrastructure services
• Should have knowledge on SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Should have good knowledge on JIRA/SharePoint/Confluence
• Should have knowledge on SQL server
• Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills for driving initiatives, with ability to contribute in design discussions and problem-solving sessions.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• An appetite for taking on challenges and leveraging new technologies with out of box thinking.
• Desire to learn about managing all aspects of a successful product through its lifecycle
• Working knowledge of Java, .NET, API's and basic SQL executions
• Experience with MS office and Visio, PowerPoint, JIRA and PTS
• Hands-on application development experience from requirements, through testing, operations, and support
• Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a 100% proactive attitude
