Test Lead

MUST HAVE : Selenium and Java, API Testing automation
Good to Have : Mobile Testing (Appium or equivalent)

Lead Role: 8+ years of experience with good hands-on Test Automation knowledge, Framework knowledge

Responsibilities:
Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop and execute automation scripts
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs

Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Catalog and maintain test scenario library
Present testing results and progress to management team
Forward Plan the test windows and cycles across a portfolio

Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
Measure and monitor progress to ensure application testing is delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations
Conduct Test Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews
Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required
Negotiate, plan and manage all test activities
