JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for a strong and experience team lead who can help guide and manage a team of developers offshore. The ideal person should be able to:
•       Identify solution designs for complex technical problems
•       Transform requirements into technical specifications
•       Perform code reviews to ensure a healthy, high-quality system
•       Act as a subject matter expert as it pertains to website architecture and work with cross-functional teams to help resolve issues
•       Analyze users' needs and then finding application to serve them.
•       Assist with coding if needed

Must have experience with the following: Microsoft C# .Net, and Angular,  Microsoft SQL server including transact SQL, and Agile Development.
