Salesforce system analyst

Location: Wayne, New Jersey
  • Bachelor's degree or / MBA in IT/ MSc Computer Science, Engineering or Business
  • At a minimum 7 years of experience as a System Analyst preferably in the US Healthcare Domain out of at least 2 years' experience in Salesforce Mandatory
  • Participates in technical design discussions, specification reviews, test strategy reviews
  • Experience in working on application integrations; Web services and related languages (XML, JSON) Mandatory
  • Ability to use Postman while analyzing the API's - Mandatory
  • Good working knowledge of Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, profiles, roles, workflows, approval processes, process builders, etc. Mandatory
  • Experience in playing a SA role in an Agile (scrum) environment; proficient in writing and managing User Stories/Epics.
  • Strong documentation skills; knowledge of BA artifacts such as BRD, User Manuals, Field Mappings/Property Matrices, etc. Mandatory
  • Knowledge on the programmatic capabilities of Salesforce (doesn't need to be able to write code) i.e. when it is necessary to use APEX and Visualforce
  • Strong presentation skills. Experience in conducting client / stakeholder product walkthroughs / demonstrations
  • Salesforce certifications would be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, strategic and out-of-the-box thinking skills
  • Strong PR, interpersonal and verbal communication skills with an ability to build and sustain relationships with stakeholders of varying project authority
  • Ability to work independently & take responsibility for projects/tasks assigned
  • Fluent in the English Language, both verbally and written
  • Passion to work in tech and good awareness of technology trends
  • Works closely with developers and testers, both onshore and offshore
