JOB DESCRIPTION

•       Self-reliant analyst who has mastered at least one methodology
•       Understand business requirements, translate them into functional specifications and take high level requirements to a greater level of detail
•       Ability to navigate and drive consensus across an organization's executive, technical, and end user teams
•       Developing knowledge in a business and/or industry domain or package solution
•       Understands and anticipates business priorities and aligns system implementation teams to business priorities
•       Requirements Traceability Matrix and Requirements Analysis
Preferred Skills:
•       Support, lead, and influence customers/suppliers and industry at senior management level to build thought leadership and conceptualize new offerings
•       Proven ability to foster business growth through the enhancement
•       Plans, coaches, and mentors a team of Business Analysts through solution definition and/or requirements elaboration phases
•       Able to customize and educate customers on the software development approach including project milestones, phases, elements, and forming project teams existing as well as identification of new engagements
