Salesforce Health Cloud Architect

Skills and Experience-
Technical Architect
Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science or similar program
Very strong written and spoken English language communication skills
At least 8 years hands on experience as a Salesforce software developer at a previous company
Deep knowledge on Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, CTI integration, Service Console, Lightning Builder , Lightning Flows.
Full understanding of use cases related to functionality for multiple interaction channels (communities, mobile, phone, email, web, chat, SOS/video channel, and social media.)
Have good understanding of Health Cloud Domain in terms of Health Cloud data modelling, Integrating with EHR systems, Provider Life Cycle Management, Person Account, HIPAA Validation flow.
Extensive knowledge of APEX, Visualforce and the Lightning platform development framework
Deep understanding of deployment processes and tools with regard to Salesforce, including CI/CD principles applied to Salesforce and tools such as Jenkins and ANT
Extensive knowledge on data migration best practices, including with large data volumes
Extensive knowledge on Salesforce integration patterns, best practices and capabilities including APIs, security, authentication, etc.
Proven experience in designing end-to-end Salesforce applications based on functional requirements which are scalable, flexible and meet the customer's needs
Ability to clearly answer questions on the different design options available on the Salesforce platform and the trade off's which exist between different approaches
Proven experience in managing both small and large teams of developers and conducting tasks such as code reviews, capacity management, design reviews, etc.
Experience in dealing directly with the customer and/or end users, including senior stakeholders at executive level
At least 4 Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I. The candidate would ideally have at least 1 consultant certification and be a certified System or Application Architect. At the very least they should be on the architect certification path.
Health Cloud Accredited Professional is a Plus.
Very good working functional and technical knowledge of at least 2 Salesforce products e.g. Service Cloud, Health Cloud , Experience Cloud etc.
Experience on Salesforce implementations in the healthcare, insurance or life sciences domain preferred
Experienced in writing technical documentation such as a design document
Responsibilities-
Health Cloud implementation , Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Configuration, Customization, Service Cloud Development , Integration with 3rd party systems and custom development using Force.com
Support users & Business Analysts to troubleshoot application issues and develop creative solutions to support business needs
Partner cross functionally with other business application owners to ensure our go to market business automation and data management processes are smooth and well connected. Have an excellent understanding of Salesforce Service and Experience cloud in lightning environments.
Expert leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to participate in any cross-functional team and build relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally with users ranging from executive to line level
Assist in defining, estimating, and shaping technical solutions using best practices
Lead and manage the design, configuration, and deployment of medium complexity CRM application
Monitor new Salesforce release features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
