What We're Looking For:
+7 Years Business Analysis Experience
Business Analysis Accreditation(s)
Strong Data analysis skills
Knowledge of;
Strong industry and function knowledge.
Risk domain knowledge E.g. VaR, Stress Testing & Greeks concepts
Experience in;
Extensive experience of working with a range of project Methodologies and proven track record of executing within the organisations project preferred methodology.
Experience of working in multiple large scale change programmes, especially data-centric.
Experience of the Software development lifecycle, the roles and responsibilities on large projects and the motivations of the actors involved.
Experience and knowledge to guide and inform IT to ensure all aspects of requirements are considered in Technical Design.
Experience of Data Analysis E.g. Working with big datasets, SQL queries, confident Excel user
Support Required;
Functional Lead oversight required for functional architecture design.
Support provided by Functional Lead to allow them to drive functional change, and focus on Leadership and Followership rather than Admin and Technical.
