Description-
Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating, and recruiting candidates for varied IT skills.
Thorough knowledge of resourcing, recruitment & headhunting strategies
Use effective resourcing strategies such as Job Portals, Internet sourcing, Networking
Negotiate & finalize compensation of the candidate
Manage full life cycle recruitment process of IT Professionals (active & passive candidates) for contract, contract to hire & Permanent positions in a time-sensitive environment.
Maintain a comprehensive database of all IT professionals with varied backgrounds and expertise
Aggressively work through Portals and Social Networking sites to identify candidates with the correct skillset
Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills, verify visa status, confidence level, and work towards onboarding paperwork.
Negotiate and finalize W2/ 1099/ C2C terms with the candidates or vendors.
Complete necessary paperwork with all parties in the recruitment cycle.
Should have excellent communication skills with high energy levels and enthusiasm
Should work for Night Shifts in US timings
