Works closely with Product Owner in coming up with TMH that are part of backlog.
· Senior practitioner of SCRUM, who has been doing this over a significant period of time and can manage multiple projects.
· Scrum Master who can coach the teams on Agile Practices & Methodologies.
· Should be CSM certified
· Exposure to Rally , Jira and Familiarity with the Agile tool landscape is very important.
· Exposure to Agile Maturity Assessments is mandatory.
· Having Analytical ability is a must.
Important is that He/ She is very much hands, doing regular monitoring and measurements, and reporting out would be very important.
