JOB DESCRIPTION
"1. Minimum 5+ years of experience IT experience with 2+ years of solutions design experience.
Technology: Java8+, REST Web services, Spring, GIT, Maven, Basic Angular , DB2 or ORACLE, Microservices, Spring Boot
2. Capable of conceptualizing technology landscape requirement and drives Technical solution
3. Strong understanding of various Technology components and their capabilities
4. Assumes a leadership position in the creation of architecture strategy, approach, principles, guidelines, standards, processes and methodologies
Works in a team covering business and technology with representatives from client to produce the overall architectural vision for an enterprise.
5. Responsbile for guiding team efforts for successful delivery.
6. Agile experience is a must
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Expereince working with offshore development team
9. Ability to manage multiple mid to large projects simultaneously.
10. Strong analytical, business process design and industry knowledge.
11. Experience in managing and reporting agile metrics to Management is a plus
12. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent IS experience.
