JOB DESCRIPTION
"* Work with the product owner and team to maintain and prioritize the backlog
* Schedule and conduct Scrum events
* Coordinate with the development team to remove impediments and track delivery
* Facilitate meetings/discussions with multiple integration teams
* Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar tools to implement and track Agile delivery
* Provide training to the Business product owners and/or technical teams in Agile Scrum and tools when needed
* Should be able to work parallel on multiple project teams acting as a Scrum Master, providing business analysis and consultation as needed to meet Client objectives.
* Business analysis and requirement elicitation skills
* Test planning and coordination working with the business and technical teams
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge in the CPRD domain is a plus
* 2 years in Scrum Master and Business Analysis experience
* Overall industry experience of 4 years."
