  • Requirements gathering, documentation of requirements
  • Knowledge of Finance domain (mainly in Trades, Market Data, Balance Sheet, Loans, Derivatives, etc)
  • Strong in SQL query writing (required for data analysis and reconciliation skills)
  • Should be able to compare system and user data set to effectively analyze key data elements
  • Strong Data Analysis, written/oral communication skills
  • Strong in Business users communication
  • Solution design
  • Must have know-how in Identifying authoritative data source working with Central teams, determine data pipes etc
  • Advanced excel knowledge
