User-experience (UX) designers are able to understand user needs, business requirements and technical limitations and translate this into a design, in the form of a prototype.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree with a minor or major in design or psychology

Clear understanding of UX Design

Knowledge of User Centered Design methods

Prototyping using iRise or similar tool

Work collaboratively with client and team to finalize design

Experience planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility.
