User-experience (UX) designers are able to understand user needs, business requirements and technical limitations and translate this into a design, in the form of a prototype.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree with a minor or major in design or psychology

• Clear understanding of UX Design

• Knowledge of User Centered Design methods

• Prototyping using iRise or similar tool

• Work collaboratively with client and team to finalize design

• Experience planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility.
