Title: Business Analyst - Web/ Mobile App experience!

Looking for BA with Web/ Mobile app experience - IOS, Android etc.
Basic Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required OR in lieu of Bachelor' degree, high school diploma/GED and 8+ years leadership experience in financial services, technology, and/or retail
- 8+ years of financial or IT industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in implementing Agile principles, practices, and tools.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in creating business requirements including epics and user stories.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Working experience of Scrum Master and driving feature team
- Knowledge of working within Agile project environments including Agile Central, Rally, JIRA, Confluence, Scrum/Kanban, and Lean Control.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Go CD, App Dynamics, Jenkins, Nexus, etc
- Actively contribute and champion the development of the change delivery process and Agile Methodologies.
- Knowledge of application security principals, java cryptography and secure coding techniques
- Be a part of the professional development of the wider Business Analysis community.
- Financial services experience.

· Ability to work under pressure
· Ability to work as a team player as well as independently
· Strong communication skills – verbal as well written
· Experience in Risk frameworks
· Knowledge of Customer Journey
· Good understanding of cards & Payment
· Ability to have high level technical discussion with Architectures and Engineering teams.
· A DevOps mind set with a continuous delivery and understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS, aPaaS etc.
· Deep understanding of different integration best practices such as events, communications to third party and end customers
· Understanding of Micro frontends Microservices, resiliency and stability concepts.
· Knowledge of KYC, underwriting, fraud concepts.
· Understanding of Contact Center and operations
· API lifecycle management and the corresponding technologies
