Need to have at least 4yrs of exp • Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating, and recruiting candidates for varied IT skills. • Thorough knowledge of resourcing, recruitment & headhunting strategies • Use effective resourcing strategies such as Job Portals, Internet sourcing, Networking • Negotiate & finalize compensation of the candidate • Manage full life cycle recruitment process of IT Professionals (active & passive candidates) for contract, contract to hire & Permanent positions in a time-sensitive environment. • Maintain a comprehensive database of all IT professionals with varied backgrounds and expertise • Aggressively work through Portals and Social Networking sites to identify candidates with the correct skillset • Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills, verify visa status, confidence level, and work towards onboarding paperwork. • Negotiate and finalize W2/ 1099/ C2C terms with the candidates or vendors. • Complete necessary paperwork with all parties in the recruitment cycle. • Should have excellent communication skills with high energy levels and enthusiasm • Should work for Night Shifts in US timings | ||||
